CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:56 P.M. <br />6 II. ROLL CALL. <br />7 Commissioners Present: Chair Ranallo, Secretary Marks, and Commissioners Wagner <br />8 and Faust. <br />9 Also Present: Acting Executive Director Kim Moore -Sykes. <br />10 Commissioners Absent: Vice Chair Enrooth. <br />11 HI. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 25, 1997 HRA AGENDA. <br />12 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the November 25, 1997 HRA Agenda <br />13 as presented. <br />14 Motion carried unanimously. <br />15 IV. APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 28, 1997 HRA MINUTES. <br />16 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the October 28, 1997 HRA minutes <br />with the following changes: <br />18 Page 2, Line 27: Direct Staff to determine the correct heights of the units. <br />19 Page 3, Line 24: After "lot" remove "of' and insert "entrance to". <br />20 <br />21 Motion carried unanimously. <br />22 V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br />23 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the following claims: <br />24 A. General Operations: <br />25 1. Dorsey & Whitney <br />26 A. In the amount of $1,489.96 for legal services rendered through <br />.27 September 30, 1997 in regard to HRA acquisition of residential <br />28 property for redevelopment. <br />29 B. In the amount of $673.40 for legal services rendered through <br />30 September 30, 1997 in regard to purchase of the Tires Plus <br />31 property. <br />32 2. Ramsey County in the amount of $623.70 for 1996 TIF administration <br />33 expenses. <br />34 B. Comprehensive Plan: <br />35 1. BRW in the amount of $762.50 for professional services rendered from <br />August 30 through September 26, 1997. <br />C. Kenzie Terrace Redevelopment: <br />
