Rieke Carroll Muller Associates in the amount of $700.00 for <br />10 professional services rendered from October 1 to October 31, 1997 for <br />1 I survey of Central Park tennis courts. <br />12 2. DKH Excavating in the amount of $15,172.50 for pay application #5. <br />13 3. Brock White Company <br />14 A. In the amount of $59.70 for materials for tennis courts. <br />15 B. In the amount of $1,629.02 for materials for tennis courts. <br />16 C. In the amount of $14.93 for materials for tennis courts. <br />17 4. Norsk Concrete Construction in the amount of $1,480.00 for removal <br />18 and replacement of curb and gutters. <br />19 5. Carlson Equipment in the amount of $15.92 for wood stakes for tennis <br />courts. <br />21 Ms. Moore -Sykes explained that there had been a penalty attached to the 1997 <br />22 property taxes for 2546 Kenzie Terrace and the Finance Director had negotiated to <br />23 have that penalty removed. The City's liability is $421.35 rather than the $446.63 as <br />24 stated on the invoice. <br />25 <br />26 Motion carried unanimously. <br />27 VI. OTHER BUSINESS - None. <br />28 <br />29 VII.
