1 CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />! HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING MINUTES <br />3 JANUARY 23, 1996 <br />4 I. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br />5 The meeting was called to order at 7:31 P.M. <br />6 II. ROLL CALL. <br />7 Commissioners Present: Chair Ranallo, Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary/Treasurer Marks, <br />8 Commissioners Wagner and Faust. <br />9 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Mornson. <br />10 III. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 23, 1996 HRA AGENDA. <br />11 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the January 23, 1996 HRA Agenda as <br />12 presented. <br />13 <br />14 Motion carried unanimously. <br />15 IV. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 20, 1995 HRA MINUTES. <br />16 Motion by Enrooth, second by Wagner to approve the December 20, 1995 HRA minutes as <br />presented. <br />18 Motion carried unanimously. <br />19 V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br />20 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following claims: <br />21 A. American Bank in the amount of $376,852.50 for 1991A GO Refunding Bonds dated <br />22 1/1/91 and in the amount of $33,692.50 for 94A GO Tax Increment Refunding Bonds <br />23 dated 1/1/94. <br />24 B. Arnold Development (The Arbors) in the amount of $842.62 for Tax Increment <br />25 Financing expenses. <br />26 C. Village Properties in the amount of $1,385.15 for Tax Increment Financing expenses. <br />27 D. Williams/O'Brien Association in the amount of $1,800.00 for architectural services <br />28 rendered from November 28, 1995 through December 28, 1995 for the Community <br />29 Service Center. <br />30 Motion carried unanimously. <br />31 VI. MISCELLANEOUS. <br />32 Executive Director Momson reported the closing for the property located at 3111 Silver Lake <br />33 Road will be Friday, January 26, 1996. A check will be received in the amount of $31,000.00 <br />34 and $3,300 will be put into escrow for installation of the grass. He reported the yard in the lots <br />by Kenzie Terrace have not been completed as the two property owners are intending to work <br />6 together and do both yards at the same time. <br />
