CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br />5 The meeting was called to order at 8:26 P.M. <br />6 II. ROLL CALL. <br />7 Commissioners Present: Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary Marks, Commissioners Wagner <br />8 and Faust. <br />9 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Morrison. <br />10 Absent: Chair Ranallo. <br />11 III. APPROVAL OF MAY 14, 1996 HRA AGENDA. <br />12 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the May 14, 1996 HRA Agenda as <br />13 presented. <br />14 <br />15 Motion carried unanimously. <br />16 IV. APPROVAL OF APRIL 23, 1996 HRA MINUTES. <br />17 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the April 23, 1996 HRA minutes as <br />presented. <br />19 <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />20 <br />V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br />21 <br />Motion <br />by Marks to approve the following claims: <br />22 <br />A. <br />- American Engineering Testing. Inc. in the amount of $2,207.00 for project testing <br />23 <br />service at City HalUCommunity Center through April 15, 1996. <br />24 <br />B. <br />Graus Construction in the amount of $180,379.35 for pay application #4 for St. <br />25 <br />Anthony City Hall and Community Center. <br />26 <br />C. <br />Williams / O'Brien. Inc. In the amount of $2,000.00 for architectural services <br />27 <br />rendered March 27 through April 26, 1996. <br />28 <br />D. <br />Soringsted Inc. in the amount of $10,270.96 for financial advisory services <br />29 <br />performed from July 1, 1995 through April 19, 1996. <br />30 <br />E. <br />Dorsey & Whitney in the amount of $6,675.58 for legal services rendered through <br />31 <br />March 31, 1996 regarding the Apache Plaza Project. <br />32 <br />F. <br />Stuart J. Bonniwell in the amount of $1,500.00 for progress billing in connection <br />33 <br />with the audit and preparation of financial report of the Housing and <br />34 <br />Redevelopment Authority of St. Anthony for the year ended December 31, 1995. <br />35 <br />G. <br />Dorsey & Whitney in the amount of $840.00 for legal services rendered through <br />0 <br />March 31, 1996 for the Chandler Property. <br />
