Dorsey & Whitney in the amount of $840.00 <br />2 should be deleted from the agenda. This amount should be billed directly to Chandler <br />3 Place as the cost was incurred to refund bonds. <br />4 The motion on the floor died for lack of a second. <br />5 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve claims A. through F. as submitted. <br />6 <br />7 Motion carried unanimously, <br />8 VI. OTHER BUSINESS. <br />9 Mornson reported the document for closing of conduit bonds had been received from <br />10 Chandler Place. They are planning to close May 22, 1996, and the St. Anthony HRA will <br />11 then receive a check in the amount of $600,000.00. When the proposed expansion <br />12 occurs, the HRA will forward them a check in the amount of $100,000.00 to help fund <br />13 the expansion. <br />14 <br />15 VII.
