CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING MINUTES <br />3 JUNE 25, 1996 <br />4 I. CALL TO ORDERIROLL CALL. <br />5 The meeting was called to order at 8:16 P.M. <br />6 II. ROLL CALL. <br />7 Commissioners Present: Chair Ranallo, Vice Chair Enrooth, and Commissioners Faust <br />8 and Wagner. <br />9 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Morrison and City Attorney William Soth. <br />10 Commissioners Absent: Secretary Marks. <br />I 1 III. APPROVAL OF NNE 25, 1996 HRA AGENDA. <br />12 Motion by Enrooth, second by Ranallo to approve the June 25, 1996 HRA Agenda as <br />13 presented. <br />14 <br />15 Motion carried unanimously., <br />16 IV. APPROVAL OF JUNE 10, 1996 HRA MINUTES. <br />17 Motion by Faust, second by Enrooth to approve the June 10, 1996 HRA minutes as <br />presented. <br />19 Motion carried unanimously. <br />20 V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br />21 Motion by Enrooth, second by Ranallo to approve the following claims: <br />22 A. American Bank in the amount of $16,615.00 for registered interest, in the amount <br />23 of $3,212.50 for registered interest, and in the amount of $58,363.75 for registered <br />24 interest. <br />25 B. Graus Construction in the amount of $145,550.45 for Change Order #l, #2, and <br />26 #3. <br />27 C. Moody's Investors Service in the amount of $5,300.00 for professional services <br />28 rendered for $1,770,000.00 St. Anthony, MN, General Obligation Bonds. <br />29 Motion carried unanimously. <br />30 VI. REVIEW PROSPECTIVE CHANGE ORDERS FOR CITY HALL/COMMUNITY <br />31 CENTER WITH WILLIAMS/O'BRIEN, ARCHITECT FIRM. <br />32 A. No. 4 Widen door - $1.028.00 <br />33 Mr. Jim O'Brien, Williams/O'Brien, reported this change order includes $636.00 to <br />widen door #108, finishing hardware on doors to conform to fire regulations in the <br />amount of $995.00, and a burnished block credit of $603.00. <br />
