Housing and Redevelopment Authority Meeting Minutes <br />June 25, 1996 <br />40 Page 4 <br />1 Motion carried unanimously. <br />2 <br />3 No. 8 Electrical work related to VillageFest - $5.003.00 <br />4 Enrooth asked if the area would be cleared for VillageFest by August 1, 1996. Mr. Cahill <br />5 stated it would. <br />6 Enrooth noted Steve Bartz is concerned if this item is worth the expense. There are <br />7 questions of who will Chair the event next year and VillageFest is only a one day event. <br />8 Wagner suggested the electrical could be used for other purposes. Faust agreed, noting. <br />9 this would be a natural area to hold outdoor activities in the future. <br />10 Motion by Enrooth, second by Wagner to approve Change Order #8 in the amount of <br />11 $5,003.00 for electrical work related to VillageFest. <br />12 <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />13 E. _No. 9 Site modifications (swale & road) - cost pending <br />4wThere was no discussion of this item as the change order was not complete. <br />15 Mayor Ranallo asked if the occupancy date for the Community Center was still expected <br />16 to be January 1, 1997. Mr. Cahill stated it is. He noted he has lost some time due to the <br />17 weather. <br />18 VII. OTHER BUSINESS - None. <br />19 VIII.
