CALL TO ORDERIROLL CALL. <br />5 The meeting was called to order at 7:29 P.M. <br />6 Il. ROLL CALL. <br />7 Commissioners Present: Chair Ranallo, Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary Marks, and <br />8 Commissioners Faust and Wagner. <br />9 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Momson. <br />10 Commissioners Absent: None. <br />11 III. APPROVAL OF AUGUST 13, 1996 HRA AGENDA. <br />12 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the August 13, 1996 HRA Agenda as <br />13 presented. <br />14 <br />15 Motion carried unanimously. <br />16 IV. APPROVAL OF JULY 23,1996 HRA MINUTES. <br />17 Motion by Enrooth, second by Wagner to approve the July 23, 1996 HRA minutes with <br />. the following change: <br />19 Page 2, Line 12: Remove the word "written". <br />20 Motion carried unanimously, <br />21 V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br />22 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following claims: <br />23 A. Dorsey & Whitney in the amount of $125.00 for legal services rendered through <br />24 June 30, 1996. <br />25 B. Dorsey & Whitney in the amount of $118.27 for legal services rendered through <br />26 June 30, 1996 for HRA acquisition of residential property for redevelopment. <br />27 C. Dorsey & Whitney in the amount of $6,078.56 for legal services rendered through <br />28 June 30, 1996 regarding $1,720,000.00 General Obligation Taxable Tax' <br />29 Increment Bonds, Series 1996A City of St. Anthony, Minnesota. <br />30 D. American Engineering/Testing in the amount of $1,230.00 for project testing <br />31 services City Hall/Community Center from May 16, 1996 to June 15, 1996. <br />32 E. Midwest Asphalt Corporation in the amount of $5,744.74 for Project No. 200. <br />33 Motion carried unanimously: <br />0 <br />
