Housing and Redevelopment Authority Meeting Minutes <br />• August 13, 1996 <br />Page 6 <br />1 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to authorize City Manager to contract a video & <br />2 audio system design consultant for purposes of designing the new City Hall/Community <br />3 Center in an amount not to exceed $2,000.00. <br />4 Wagner and Faust stated they would prefer to allow City Manager more flexibility and <br />5 not limit the amount of funding available to him. <br />6 Marks and Enrooth stated the amount could be increased if it was determined to be <br />7 necessary. <br />PI <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />9 Morrison reported seven bids had been received for furniture for the City <br />10 HalUCommunity Center. <br />11 Morrison noted the site plan for Apache Plaza had been included in the Councilmembers <br />12 packet. He explained that Apache Plaza Block I was currently included in the TIF <br />13 District. A decision if it will be removed will be made by the end of 1996. <br />VIII.
