ROLL CALL. <br />7 Commissioners Present: Chair Ranallo, Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary Marks, and <br />8 Commissioners Faust and Wagner. <br />9 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Morrison. <br />10 Commissioners Absent: None. <br />I 1 III. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 26, 1996 HRA AGENDA. <br />12 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the November 26, 1996 HRA Agenda as <br />13 presented. <br />14 <br />15 Motion carried unanimously. <br />16 IV. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 12,1996 HRA MINUTES. <br />17 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the November 12, 1996 HRA minutes <br />• as presented. <br />19 Motion carried unanimously, <br />20 V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br />21 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following claims: <br />A. Abatement Services. Inc. in the amount of $1,925.00 for ACM exterior siding <br />removal and kitchen sheet flooring 2538 Kenzie Terrace. <br />B. American Engineering Testing. Inc. in the amount of $998.90 for project testing <br />services from September 16, 1996 to October 15, 1996 City Hall/Community <br />Center. <br />C. Stuart J. Bonniwell. CPA in the amount of $950.00 for professional services <br />rendered. <br />D. Graus Construction in the amount of $396,003.70 for Payment Application #I I <br />St. Anthony Community Center. <br />E. Legend Technical Services. Inc. in the amount of $1,912.58 for professional <br />services of asbestos specification for the City of St. Anthony City <br />Hall/Community Center Building demolition. <br />F. Williams/O'Brien Associates. Inc. in the amount of $6,000.00 for architectural <br />services rendered August 28, 1996 through October 27, 1996. <br />0 Motion carried unanimously, <br />
