CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br />5 The meeting was called to order at 7:59 P.M. <br />6 11. ROLL CALL. <br />7 Commissioners Present: Chair Ranallo, Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary Marks, and <br />8 Commissioners Faust and Wagner. <br />9 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Morrison and City Attorney William Soth. <br />10 Commissioners Absent: None. <br />11 III. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 18, 1996 HRA AGENDA. <br />12 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the December 18, 1996 HRA Agenda as <br />13 presented. <br />14 <br />15 Motion carried unanimously. <br />16 IV. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 26, 1996 HRA MINUTES. <br />17 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the November 26, 1996 HRA minutes as <br />18 presented. <br />4RMotion carried unanimously, <br />20 <br />V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br />21 <br />Motion <br />by Wagner, second by Enrooth to approve the following claims: <br />22 <br />A. <br />American Eng'n� eerin Tg esting Inc. in the amount of $978.60 for project testing <br />23 <br />services from October 16, 1996 to November 15, 1996. <br />24 <br />B. <br />AV Solutions in the amount of $2,682.75 for invoice dated September 26, 1996. <br />25 <br />C. <br />Belair Builders. Inc. in the amount of $5,867.00 for house demolition, 2538 <br />26 <br />Kenzie Terrace. <br />27 <br />D. <br />Dorsey & Whitney in the amounts of: <br />28 <br />1. $190.00 for legal services rendered through October 31, 1996 for City <br />29 <br />Liquor Store; <br />30 <br />2. $625.00 for legal services rendered through October 31, 1996 for City <br />31 <br />Hall/Community Center; <br />32 <br />3. $620.00 for legal services rendered through October 31, 1996 for Apache <br />33 <br />Plaza Project; and <br />34 <br />4. $627.23 for legal services rendered through October 31, 1996 for HRA <br />35 <br />acquisition of residential property for redevelopment. <br />36 <br />E. <br />Hennepin County the amount of $2,085.11 for County TIF administrative costs <br />0 <br />billable in 1996. <br />38 <br />Motion carried unanimously, <br />
