Housing and Redevelopment Authority Meeting Minutes <br />• December 18, 1996 <br />Page 4 <br />1 for classroom towel holders/soap dispensers, $480.00 for lintel caulking, and $148.00 to <br />2 add receptacle in AV room. <br />3 Faust asked what the elimination of the rubber base of the Council table included. <br />4 Mr. O'Brien explained this was the baseboard between the wall and the floor. The <br />5 burnish block in the Council Chambers will have the carpet run right up to the wall and <br />6 will not require the additional protection. <br />7 Wagner asked if the building would be occupiable by January 13, 1997. <br />8 Mr. O'Brien stated the building would be occupiable by January 13, 1997. <br />9 Motion carried unanimously. <br />10 VIII. OTHER BUSINESS. <br />I 1 Morrison reported the School's Technology Coordinator is working on the School's <br />12 portion of technology and telephone system. This may involve some change orders but <br />the School will be paying for these themselves. <br />14 There was Council consensus for the change orders to be handled in this manner. <br />15 Momson reported Staff will be moving to the new building the week of January 6, 1997. <br />16 The new office furniture will be installed, Staff will be trained on the telephone and the <br />17 AV equipment and the Public Works employees will be trained on the new boiler. <br />18 IX.
