MEETING <br />JANUARY 12, 1993 <br />PAGE 4 <br />Contractors who have built in the City will also be contacted. <br />The City Manager stated he will contact those contractors who <br />have built in Wexford Heights. <br />The City's Fire Department will use the house at this location <br />for fire suppression techniques. This activity will be video <br />taped for use in firefighting techniques. <br />Commissioner Enrooth inquired what a development concept will <br />allow the H.R.A. to do. The Executive Director advised it will <br />allow the City control and opportunities to require certain <br />conditions. <br />Commissioner Marks inquired what recourse the H.R.A. may have <br />if the one year completion timeline is not met by the <br />developer. The Executive Director responded that this <br />condition must be put into the purchase agreement at the time <br />of closing to be binding. <br />7.
