ROLL CALL <br />Present: Chairperson Ranallo, Vice Chairperson Enrooth, <br />Secretary/Treasurer Marks and Commissioners Fleming and <br />Wagner. <br />Staff present: Executive Director Burt <br />3. APPROVAL OF JUNE 25, 1991 H.R.A. MINUTES <br />Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the minutes of <br />the June 25, 1991 H.R.A. meeting as presented and there were <br />no corrections. <br />Motion carried unanimously <br />4. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS <br />A. Dorsey & Whitney <br />Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve payment <br />in the amount of 5205.00 to Dorsey b Whitney for <br />services rendered through May 31, 1991 as the H.R.A. <br />General Counsel. <br />Notion carried unanimously <br />B. Ramsey County <br />Motion by Merka, second by Enrooth to approve payment <br />in the amount of 8267.35 to Ramsey County for tax <br />increment financing administrative coats. <br />Notion carried unanimously <br />C. First Trust National Association <br />Notion by Marks, seocnd by Enrooth to approve payment <br />in the amount of 5109,847.04 to First Trust National <br />Association for the St. Anthony Nursing Home Project <br />Housing Revenue Bonds. <br />
