Norwest Banka <br />Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve payment <br />in the amount of 614,925.00 to Norwest Banks for the <br />debt service payment for the refinancing of Autumn <br />Woods pro3ect. <br />Motion carried unanimously <br />F. Norwest Banks <br />Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve payment <br />in the amount of 511,495.00 to Norwest Banka for debt <br />service repayment. <br />Motion carried unanimously <br />5. MISCELLANEOUS <br />Clark Station Property <br />The Executive Director advised that the Clark Station <br />property located at 33rd and Stinson Boulevard is being <br />appraised. Soil testing will be done. <br />Chairperson Ranallo stated that some cities have cleaned up <br />areas where hazardous waste was found and the cities were <br />liable for the clean up costa. <br />6.
