ROLL CALL <br />Present: Chairperson Ranallo, Vice Chairperson Enrooth, Secretary/Treasurer <br />Marks, and Commissioners Wagner and Fleming <br />Staff Present: Executive Director Burt <br />3. APPROVAL OF APRIL 23, 1991 AGENDA <br />Motion by Fleming, second by Marks to approve the agenda as presented <br />for the April 23, 1991 HRA meeting. <br />Motion carried unanimously <br />4. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 22, 1991 HRA MINUTES <br />Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the minutes of the <br />January 22, 1991 HRA meeting as presented and there were no cor- <br />rections. <br />5• CLAIMS <br />Motion carried unanimously <br />Ic <br />A. Hennepin County <br />Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve payment in the amount of <br />$2,034.21 to Hennepin County for tax increment administrative cost <br />billing. <br />Motion carried unanimously <br />B. American National Bank <br />Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve payment in the amount of <br />$670.50 to the American National Bank for the original issuance fee <br />o <br />for the refunding bonds. <br />Motion carried unanimously <br />C. Dorsey L Whitney <br />Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve paynent in the amount of <br />$458.35 to Dorsey b Whitney for legal services rendered through December <br />31, 1990 for the Lang Nelson project. <br />
