He noted that $1,000 has been received <br />from LaNel for the project and employees of Northgate have indicated. <br />a willingness to assist in the project. <br />Motion carried unanimously <br />D. Dorsey E Whitney <br />Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve payment in the amount of <br />$364.25 to Dorsey 6 Whitney for legal services rendered through <br />January 31, 1991 for the HRA. <br />Motion carried unanimously <br />The City Manager observed that some of these bills were very old. <br />He inquired if routine bills could be paid on a more timely basis. <br />Mayor Ranallo was opposed to this carte blanche approach. <br />Councilmember Enrooth inquired if the TIF District could be extended. <br />The City Manager responded this will be considered and all of the <br />funds of the HRA will be reviewed. He noted that all of the debts <br />of the District could be paid off and then the properties would come <br />back on the tax rolls. He felt that some of the appraisals may go <br />down. <br />6.
