• 2 <br />1 The City Attorney advised the Executive Director that the City should <br />2 consider hiring the services of an engineer to review the drainage for <br />3 this area. <br />4 Funding for this engineering study will come from the H.R.A. for that <br />5 Tax Increment District. <br />6 Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Makowske to authorize staff to select an <br />7 engineer to conduct a study. <br />8 The Executive- Director advised he will negotiate a "not to exceed" fee. <br />9 The Executive Director noted that he has been advised by Frank Lang that <br />10 all of the items in his project area will be done.
