APPROVAL OF JULY 31, 1990 H.R.A. MINUTES <br />27 <br />28 <br />Motion by Wagner; -second by Enrooth- to.approve the minutes of the <br />�9 <br />July 31, 1990 H.R.A. meeting with the following corrections: <br />30 .' <br />31. <br />page 3, lines 22-25: This paragraph should read as follows: "Mr. Gilligan's <br />32.', <br />letter stated it could be possible to use H.R.A. funds which were in the <br />33 <br />H.R.A.
