Meeting
October 9, 1990
page 4
Roll call: Marks, Enrooth, Wagner, Ranallo - aye
Makowske - abstain
Motion carried.
The whereabouts of the Letter of Credit was discussed. Chairperson
Ranallo suggested it may be in the City Hall vault.
B. LaNel Financial Group Claim
Commissioner Enrooth requested there be a further breakdown of services
rendered than what was on the LaNel Financial Group invoice.
He is aware that the Hennepin County requirement for putting "pins"
in the slabs increased the costs. He felt this matter should have
been brought to the H.R.A.'s attention at the time it became apparent
costs would increase rather than wait until the bill was presented.
Motion by Ranallo, second by Marks to table payment of this claim
until the H.R.A. Executive Director furnishes a more detailed analysis
of the bill and documentation supporting it being $9,000 higher than
was originally estimated.
Roll call: Marks, Enrooth, Wagner, Ranallo - aye
Makowske - abstain
Motion carried.
7.
