CALL TO ORDER <br />6 The meeting was called to order at 10:05 p.m. by Chairman Ranallo. <br />7 <br />8 II. ROLL CALL <br />9 <br />10 Present: Chairman Ranallo; Vice Chairman Enrooth, Secretary/Treasurer <br />11 Marks, and Commissioners Makowske and Wagner. <br />12 Staff Present: Executive Director, Tom Burt, Assistant, Sue VanderHeyden <br />13 and Bill Soth, City Attorney. <br />14 <br />15 III. APPROVAL OF THE NOVEMBER 13, 1990 H.R.A. AGENDA <br />16 <br />17 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the agenda. <br />18 Motion carried unanimously. <br />19 <br />•20 IV. APPROVAL OF THE OCTOBER 9. 1990 COUNCIL MINUTES <br />21 <br />22 Motion by Wagner, second by Makowske to approve the minutes of the <br />23 October 9, 1990 H.R.A. Meeting. <br />24 Motion carried unanimously. <br />25 <br />26 V. CLAIMS <br />27 <br />28 A. First Trust <br />29 <br />30 Motion by Ranallo, second by Marks to approve $79,694.54 taxes owed to <br />31 First Trust for Chandler Place Nursing Home. <br />32 Motion carried unanimously, <br />33 <br />34 B. LaNel Financial Group <br />35 <br />36 Burt reported that he and Ranallo met with Frank Lang and Paul Brewer to <br />37 discuss what it will take to finish up and finalize the Autumn Woods project. <br />38 Right now there are two easements that are not finalized Both are being <br />39 reviewed by an attorney: one on the west side to service the utility <br />•40 easement; and the other for the Walker line which ends at LaNel's property. <br />41 It has not been negotiated yet from the property line across the Krause - <br />42 Anderson easement to the vacated Coolidge easement. Charles Gravel] from <br />43 Krause -Anderson said the attorney has not gotten to it yet. They agreed to <br />
