The resident manager would take care of rent col - <br />29 <br />lections and would be responsible for the day to day manage - <br />30 <br />ment activities within the building; <br />31 <br />the resident manager in the senior building would provide some <br />32 <br />different types of programming and activity direction which <br />33 <br />might not be necessary for the other building; <br />34 <br />management persons of higher calibre would be sought for the <br />35 <br />senior building and they would necessarily be paid more to <br />36 <br />match those higher activities; <br />37 <br />the resident managers would take applications from the pro - <br />38 <br />spective residents but the credit and reference checks would <br />39 <br />be done in the main office where a computer terminal is dir- <br />�40 <br />ectly connected to a Credit Scan system; <br />13 <br />
