RESOLUTION 83-005 <br />ESTABLISHING JUST COMPENSATION, AUTHORIZING PURCHASE <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Commissioner <br />Enrooth to adopt the resolution which establishes a just compensation <br />of $190,032 for the auto body garage property at approximately 2601 <br />Kenzie Terrace N.E. as described in the legal description attached to <br />this resolution, and to authorize the purchase of that parcel for <br />Phase 1 of the Kenzie Terrace Redevelopment Project. <br />H.R.A.
