APPROVAL OF JANUARY 13, 2009 HRA MEETING AGENDA. <br />14 <br />15 Motion by Commissioner Thuesen, seconded by Commissioner Stille, to approve the January 13, <br />16 2009 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented. <br />17 <br />18 Motion carried unanimously. <br />19 <br />20 II. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />21 <br />22 Motion by Commissioner Roth, seconded by Commissioner Thuesen, to approve the Consent <br />23 Agenda, which consisted of; <br />24 <br />25 A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of December 8, 2009; <br />26 B. Claims; and <br />27 C. "Housekeeping Resolutions" <br />28 1. HRA 09 -001, Designate Chair for HRA. <br />29 2. HRA 09 -002, Designate Vice Chair for HRA. <br />30 3. HRA 09 -003, Designate Secretary /Treasurer for HRA. <br />31 4. HRA 09 -004, Designate Commissioner for HRA. <br />32 <br />33 Motion carried unanimously. <br />34 <br />35 III. PUBLIC HEARINGS. <br />36 <br />37 None. <br />38 <br />39 IV. GENERAL POLICY OF BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. <br />40 <br />41 A. Resolution 09-005, the Transfer of $346,175 to Fund #355 — 2006 TIF <br />42 Revenue Bond Fund and $227,773.76 to Fund #336 — 2007 TIF Revenue Bond Fund <br />43 from Apache TIF District #3 -5. <br />44 <br />45 Mr. Momson reviewed the resolution and stated it is a housekeeping item completed every year <br />46 by the Finance Department. The resolution authorizes the reclassification of the annual TIF <br />47 revenues from the District to the 2006 and 2007 TIF Revenue Bond Fund. The amount is equal <br />48 to that of the annual debt services payments. Fund #336 is the bond fund and will be transferred <br />49 to Fund #330. This transfer is effective for fiscal year 2008.
