Housing and Redevelopment Authority Meeting Minutes <br />January 13, 2009 <br />Page 2 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 V. <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />VI. <br />"Therefore" of the resolution discusses TIF revenue being transferred to Fund #336 — 2007 TIF <br />Revenue Bond Fund 330 from Apache District #3 - 5. <br />Councilmember Stille verified with Mr. Mornson that this resolution is a bookkeeping issue. <br />Motion by Commissioner Stille, seconded by Commissioner Thuesen, to adopt Resolution 09- <br />005; Authorizing the Transfer of $346,175 to Fund #355 — 2006 TIF Revenue Bond Fund and <br />$227,773.76 to Fund #336 — 2007 TIF Revenue Bond Fund from Apache TIF District #3 -5. <br />Motion adopted unanimously. <br />STAFF REPORTS <br />Mr. Morrison reported that Leeann Chin will be moving into to the Pei Wei location that closed. <br />There has been a lot of interest by commercial businesses. Radio Shack is looking to relocate, as <br />well as several other commercial businesses. He stated he and Mayor Faust will be doing a tour <br />in April with the National Planning Conference that will be in Minneapolis. They would like to <br />see suburbs that have successful redeveloped malls. He noted staff is continuing to work with the <br />housing developer as well. <br />H.R.A.
