Resolution 09 -014; Accepting a Donation to the St. Anthony Fire Department on Behalf <br />9 of Jay and Lisa Matre and a Donation to the St. Anthony Police Department from Judy <br />10 Lindsay. <br />11 <br />12 Mayor Faust requested the following amendments: <br />13 Resolution 09 -006: Designation of Brian Thuesen as Alternate to Kiwanis <br />14 Resolution 09 -007: Designation of Randy Stille as participant to Kiwanis <br />15 Resolution 09 -010: Process — Public Hearing: fourth paragraph, fourth sentence: "If the <br />16 Council decides not to act on the issue at the public hearing, it may by majority eete-vote extend <br />17 the time where written input will be taken to a day not later than one week before the net next <br />18 meeting..." <br />19 <br />20 Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Thuesen, to approve the Consent <br />21 Agenda items as amended. <br />22 <br />23 Motion carried unanimouslv. <br />24 <br />25 W. Resolution 09 -016: Granting Permission to the St Anthony —New Brighton School <br />36 District #282 to Expand Improve and Modify the Existing Service Road between Water <br />37 Tower Park and the St. Anthony -New Brighton Middle School to Accommodate the <br />38 Planned Dedicated Bus Drop -Off Loop Rod Thompson SANB School District <br />39 Superintendent, presenting, <br />40 <br />41 Mr. Mornson reviewed the resolution with the Council and indicated that staff has met with <br />42 representatives from the St. Anthony —New Brighton School District #282 to review the planned <br />43 improvements to their facility. One of the improvements is to develop a dedicated bus loop. The <br />44 School District has proposed this bus loop on the existing service road located on the west side <br />45 of the St. Anthony Middle School building. This service road is City- owned.
