Consider Resolution 09 -061, Approving the Contract Agreement for Police Services with <br />the City of Falcon Heights and Authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to Execute Said <br />Agreement. Mike Momson, City Manager, presenting_ <br />City Manager Mornson provided an overview of the contract agreement for police services with <br />the City of Falcon Heights. <br />Motion by Councilmember Roth, seconded by Councilmember Stille, to adopt Resolution 09- <br />061; Approving the Contract Agreement for Police Services with the City of Falcon Heights and <br />Authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to Execute Said Agreement. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />B. Consider Resolution 09-062, the Contract Agreement for Police Services with <br />the City of Lauderdale and Authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to Execute Said <br />Agreement. Mike Morrison, City Manager, presenting_ <br />City Manager Momson provided an overview of the contract agreement for police services with <br />the City of Lauderdale. <br />It was noted that a lot of negotiation was involved in the contract agreements with the cities of <br />Falcon Heights and Lauderdale. <br />
