He stated opportunities to upgrade Emerald Park were discussed. <br />VIII. COMMUNITY FORUM <br />Mayor Pro Tem Thuesen invited residents to come forward at this time and address the Council <br />on items that are not on the regular agenda. <br />There being none, Mayor Pro Tem Thuesen continued with the agenda. <br />IX. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />Mayor Pro Tem Thuesen reported the St. Anthony Library would feature an exhibit from the <br />Museum of Russian Art. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Thuesen reported that on April 28, 2008, Ms Elaine Davis, St. Cloud University, <br />author of MN 13. This book is the history of the Prohibition Years in Stearns County. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Thuesen reported a Big Band Concert would be held at the St. Anthony High <br />School Auditorium on April 14, 2008 from 1:30 to 4:00 p.m. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Thuesen reported free verbal appraisals of personal antiques would be available <br />during the Historical Society open house on April 5, 2008. <br />City Manager Momson reported the 2008 Goals would be presented at the March 25, 2008 <br />meeting. <br />City Manager Momson reported that the League of Cities Conference at the Capital is on April <br />10, 2008. <br />City Manager Momson reported that the St. Anthony Chamber Annual Dinner would be held on <br />April 17, 2008. <br />City Manager Mornson reported the next joint meeting with school board would be held on April <br />29, 2008. <br />X. MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATIONAL DOCUMENTS <br />None. <br />XI. ADJOURNMENT <br />Mayor Pro Tem Thuesen reported adjourned the meeting at 8:45 p.m. <br />
