ANTHONY <br />2 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />3 JULY 22, 2008 <br />4 <br />5 CALL TO ORDER. <br />6 <br />7 Mayor Faust called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />8 <br />9 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />10 <br />11 Mayor Faust invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />12 <br />13 ROLL CALL. <br />14 <br />15 Present: Mayor Faust; Councilmembers Gray, Roth, Stille, and Thuesen <br />16 Absent: None <br />17 Also Present: City Manager Mike Morrison <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />21 ITEMS. <br />22 <br />23 1. APPROVAL OF JULY 22, 2008 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />24 <br />25 Motion by Councilmember Roth, seconded by Councilmember Stille, to approve the City <br />26 Council Meeting Agenda of July 22, 2008. <br />27 <br />28 Motion carried unanimously. <br />29 <br />30 II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br />31 <br />32 National Night Out Proclamation. <br />33 <br />34 Councilmember Thuesen recited the National Night Out Proclamation. The proclamation calls <br />35 upon all citizens of the City of St. Anthony to join the St. Anthony Police Department and the <br />36 National Association of Town Watch in supporting "25`n" Annual National Night Out" on <br />37 August 5, 2008, and proclaims Tuesday, August 5, 2008, as "National Night Out" in the City of <br />38 St. Anthony. <br />39 <br />40 Motion by Councilmember Thuesen, seconded by Councilmember Gray, to adopt the National <br />41 Night Out Proclamation. <br />42 <br />43 Motion carried unanimously. <br />44 <br />45 III. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />46 <br />47 A. Consider June 24, 2008 Council meeting minutes. <br />48 B. Consider licenses and permits. <br />49 C. Consider payment of claims. <br />
