He stated Council could look at this reasonably
and still have grounds to call a CUP null and void.
Mayor Faust stated he looks at no outside storage in that people would park where business
parking was allowed and they are putting in high dollar items, so if Mr. Hamann agrees, it would
be wise for Council to go with this.

City Manager Mornson replied that there have been issues with the enforcement of the no
storage language, therefore, the stronger the language the easier it is to enforce.

Councilmember Stille stated the CUP deals with the land and because Council did not know who
the next building tenant or owner might be, he wants to ensure the wording is correct.

Mayor Faust stated Councilmember Stille made a motion on the changes

Motion to change the original motion Councilmember Stille, Second Councilmember Horst to
Reword item b to no outside storage; item d is changed to the use of solvents, paints, lacquers, or
strong odor producing processes are prohibited. The violation of the above conditions would be
cause for the City to deem the CUP null and void.

Vote called on the amendment.
Motion carried unanimously.

Vote called on the original motion.
Motion carried unanimously.

VI. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE COUNCIL.
A.
