Resolution 07 -073 • Ratifying the Union Contract between the Law Enforcement Labor <br />9 Services Inc. Local #186, and the City of St. Anthony. <br />10 <br />11 City Manager Mornson presented Resolution 07 -073 and the summary of changes to Council. <br />12 <br />13 Mayor Faust mentioned the City is in contracts with the cities of Lauderdale and Falcon Heights <br />14 and the increases are well with the increases with these contracts. <br />15 <br />16 City Manager Momson replied that now that the City is in three -year contracts with Lauderdale <br />17 and Falcon Heights, it would now correlate with when contracts come up, giving St. Anthony a <br />18 truer cost when the union and contracts are negotiated. He commented there is no subsidy on <br />19 either party. <br />20 <br />21 Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Stille, to approve Resolution 07- <br />22 073, a Resolution Ratifying the 2008 -2009 Agreement Between the Law Enforcement Labor <br />23 Services, Inc., Local #186 Representing the St. Anthony Police Department Licensed Employees <br />24 and the City of St. Anthony. <br />25 <br />26 Motion carried unanimously (4/0) <br />27 <br />28 B. Resolution 07 -074• Ratifying the Union Contract between the Operating Engineers Local <br />29 49 and the City of St. Anthony. <br />30 <br />31 City Manager Morrison presented Resolution 07 -074 and the summary of changes to Council. <br />32 <br />33 Motion by Councilmember Horst, seconded by Councilmember Stille, to approve Resolution <br />34 07 -074, a Resolution Ratifying the 2008 -2009 Agreement Between the City of St. Anthony and <br />35 the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 49, AFL -CIO, Representing the St. <br />36 Anthony Public Works Department. <br />37 <br />38 Motion carried unanimously (4/0) <br />39 <br />40 C.
