He said there is some question whether it is an historic structure. The Planning <br />Commission recommended the City proceed with the study, and will cost about $2,500 for that <br />assessment. <br />Mr. Momson pointed out since there is a discrepancy, and independent agency should conduct <br />the study. <br />X.
