CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />2 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />JANUARY 25, 2005 <br />5 CALL TO ORDER. <br />6 Mayor Faust called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />7 <br />8 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />9 Mayor Faust invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />10 <br />11 ROLL CALL. <br />12 Present: Mayor Faust; Councilmembers Horst, Stille, Thuesen, and Gray. <br />13 Absent: None. <br />14 Also Present: City Manager Mike Momson and City Attorney Jerome Gilligan. <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />18 ITEMS. <br />19 <br />20 1. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 25, 2005 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />21 Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Horst, to approve the City <br />22 Council Meeting Agenda of January 25, 2005. <br />23 <br />24 Motion carried unanimously. <br />�-,o H. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br />27 Mayor Faust introduced the St. Anthony 14 and Under Tennis Team and their coach. He stated <br />28 Councilmember Horst brought the attention of this recognition to the Council. <br />29 <br />30 Councilmember Horst recognized St. Anthony's tennis team for finishing second place in the <br />31 Northern Section Team Tennis Championship in July 2004. He also recognized St. Anthony's <br />32 tennis team for placing sixth in the Oklahoma City Regional Tournament in October, 2004. <br />33 Also, team member Jonathon Roger was recognized for receiving the Sportsmanship Award. <br />34 <br />35 I1I. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />36 A. Consider approval of January 11, 2005 Council meeting minutes. <br />37 B. Consider licenses and permits. <br />38 C. Consider payment of claims. <br />39 D. Resolution 05 -018, re: Consider Intoxicating Liquor License — Apple American Limited <br />40 Partnership of Minnesota, dba AWlebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar. <br />41 <br />42 Councilmember Stille requested the removal of Consent Agenda Item A. <br />43 <br />44 Motion by Councilmember Thuesen, seconded by Councilmember Gray, to approve the Consent <br />45 Agenda items B through D. <br />46 <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />YU <br />
