Mr. Mornson replied <br />about $1,000. <br />Motion by Councilmember Horst, seconded by Councilmember Grey, to adopt Resolution 05- <br />086, re: Charge for copies / police reports. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />D. Consider Ordinance 05 -013 re: nark dedication fees (second reading) <br />Mr. Momson reviewed the ordinance with the Council and indicated that this is the second <br />reading to amend park dedication fees, which allows the City to become more in line with the <br />going rate. <br />Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Grey, to adopt Ordinance 05- <br />013, re: Park dedication fees. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />E. Consider Ordinance 05 -014. re: Wine and 3.2 malt liquor combination license (second <br />reading) <br />Mr. Mornson reviewed the ordinance with the Council and indicated that this will allow <br />businesses with an on -sale wine license and an on -sale 3.2 malt liquor license to sell intoxicating <br />malt liquor without an additional license. He added there currently are two businesses in the <br />City this would apply to. <br />Councilmember Grey asked if there are any other restaurants in the City looking at doing <br />something like this. Mr. Mornson replied none currently in the City, but some that are looking at <br />coming into the City. <br />Motion by Councilmember Grey, seconded by Councilmember Thuesen, to adopt Ordinance 05- <br />014, re: Wine and 3.2 malt liquor combination license. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />F. Consider Ordinance 05 -015 re: Fees for combination liquor license (second reading) <br />Motion by Councilmember Thuesen, seconded by Councilmember Horst, to adopt Ordinance 05- <br />015, re: Fees for combination liquor license. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />REPORTS FROM CITY MANAGER AND COUNCILMEMBERS. <br />City Manager Momson reported the following: <br />• The next City Council meeting will start at 8:00 p.m. <br />• There will be a public swearing -in for the two new officers that are starting, and the new <br />captain and new sergeant will be introduced. <br />• Staff is waiting for changes to the Cable Commission report. <br />• There is a tentative police union contract agreement. <br />
