He stated <br />the equipment is armed and monitored. <br /> <br />Commissioner Galyon asked if someone would come out immediately if the alarm was triggered. <br /> <br />Mr. Traiser replied the electronic equipment does not typically break down. He commented <br />there is a backup system and a technician would be sent out to evaluate any problems. <br /> <br />Chair Stromgren asked if a stain was chosen for the cedar fence. <br /> <br />Mr. Traiser stated a chain link fence is normally used; however, the cedar fence in this case <br />would have a natural stain. <br /> <br />Chair Stromgren commented the cedar fence provides more shield from view that a chain linked <br />fence. <br /> <br />Assistant City Manager Moore-Sykes stated that T-Mobile’s application for CUP would be on <br />the agenda in the June 2007 City Council meeting as a public hearing. <br /> <br />X. REPORTS FROM STAFF <br /> <br />Assistant City Manager Moore-Sykes mentioned that as part of the June meeting, a review of <br />several ordinances would be on the agenda. <br />XI.
