He mentioned Mr. Hartman who told him the <br />best time to do the additional parking places would be when the reconstruction in that area <br />occurred. <br /> <br />Chair Stromgren closed the public hearing at 7:18 p.m. <br /> <br />Chair Stromgren stated since there is room in the back, the Kenzington could maximize the spots <br />if the Planning Commission gave approval for up to 30 spaces <br /> <br />Mr. Ranallo stated some of the trees would be removed as they are old. <br /> <br />Chair Stromgren stated two spaces in back plus some trees would be less expensive than adding <br />six spaces off Kenzie Terrace. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jensen stated he supported the 24 spaces as proposed, however, a sketch for the <br />front six be conditional upon approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Motion to Chair Stromgren, seconded by Commissioner Jensen, to amend the Final <br />Development Plan for 2601 Kenzie Terrace to amend their parking plan to allow the addition of <br />up to 30 parking spaces to the plat as described in the applicant’s sketch, on the basis of bringing <br />that property more into alignment with the new development in town in relation to the number of <br />parking spaces to dwelling units, and in the interest of safety for the residents not having to cross <br />the street; on the condition that additional spaces receive the approval of the County, the City <br />Engineer, and the Public Works Director. <br /> <br />Motion carried unanimously.26 <br />27 <br />28 <br /> <br />VIII.
