REPORTS FROM STAFF <br /> <br />IX.1 Recodification – American Legal Publishing & LMC <br /> <br />Assistant City Manager Moore-Sykes reported the City entered into a contract with American <br />Legal Publishing & LMC and would also be working with an attorney from the League of <br />Minnesota Cities to assist with the recodification of the City’s Ordinances. She stated staff is <br />constructing a list of changes and corrections and would appreciate input from the Commission. <br /> <br />IX.2 Quarterly Code Enforcement Report <br /> <br />Assistant City Manager Moore-Sykes submitted the quarterly Code Enforcement Report to the <br />Commission as requested. <br /> <br />X. COMMUNITY FORUM <br /> <br />Assistant City Manager Moore-Sykes took the opportunity to thank Mrs. Bjorkland and Mr. Jeff <br />Fahrenholz for their work on the Comp Plan Task Force. <br /> <br />XI. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> Commissioner Jenson asked about updates to the Silver Lake Road project. <br /> <br />Assistant City Manager Moore-Sykes replied staff is moving forward with Hennepin County. <br />She reported the project completion is sited for 2008/2009. <br /> <br />XII.
