INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> <br />Assistant City Manager Moore-Sykes directed the Commissioners to the monthly update on the <br />St. Anthony housing market from the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors. She reported <br />that while sales and prices have declined in the Twin Cities over the past two years, she <br />indicated St. Anthony was ahead of last year by .07 percent. She commented on the St. Anthony <br />housing market relative to the Twin Cities statistics. <br /> <br />XII.
