City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />November 8, 2016 <br />Page 3 <br />Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Brever, to approve Resolution <br />16 -080; a Resolution Amending the Lease Agreement with St. Anthony — New Brighton School <br />District 4282 Community Services. <br />6 Councilmember Stille mentioned the reason there is this relationship is to allow the School <br />7 District to use the City facilities. The City is not making any money on this relationship nor are <br />8 they losing money. <br />9 Motion carried 4 -0. <br />10 <br />11 C. Resolution 16 -081; a Resolution Approving Ratifying the 2017 -2018 Agreement between <br />12 the Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc. #186 Local Representing St. Anthony Police <br />13 Department Licensed Employees and the City of St. Anthony illage. <br />14 <br />15 City Manager Casey reviewed this resolution before Council is a resolution ratifying the contract <br />16 agreement with the police union. This is a two -year contract with the St. Anthony Police <br />17 Department's licensed employees. There will be a 3% increase for both 2017 and 2018. Resolution 16 -082; a Resolution Approving Ratifying the 2017 — 2018 Agreement <br />28 between the International Association of Fire Fighters Local 3486 Rel2resenting the St <br />29 Anthony Fire Department Employees and the City of St. Anthony Village <br />30 <br />31 City Manager Casey reviewed this resolution before Council is a resolution ratifying the 2017- <br />32 2018 Agreement between the International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 3486 <br />33 Representing the St. Anthony Fire Department Employees and the City of St. Anthony Village. <br />34 This is a two -year contract with the St. Anthony Fire Department's employees. There will be a <br />35 3% increase for both 2017 and 2018.
