PUBLIC HEARING — NONE. <br />V. REPORTS FROM COMMISSION AND STAFF — NONE. <br />VI. GENERAL BUSINESS OF COUNCIL. <br />A. Resolution 17 -017; a Resolution for the 2017 Street Improvement Bond Reimbursement. <br />City Manager Casey reviewed the bonding regulations that provide limited authority to <br />reimburse pre- bonding project expenditures. The Reimbursement Resolution provides the City <br />with the full authority to recover any project expenditures made prior to bonding. Staff's <br />recommendation is to pass the resolution to ensure its full rights to reimbursement. <br />Motion by Councilmember Brever, seconded by Councilmember Stille, to adopt Resolution 17- <br />017; a Resolution for the 2017 Street Improvement Bond Reimbursement. <br />Motion carried 4 -0. <br />B. Resolution 17 -018; a Resolution Approving the City of St. Anthony's participation in the <br />Government Alliance on Race and Equity (GARS) Cohort. <br />
