The extent and reversibility of environmental impacts for the proposed project are <br />consistent with those of a typical residential development project. Impacts will be <br />minimized to the extent practical, with mitigation provided for those impacts <br />which cannot be avoided to resources such as water surface runoff, traffic etc. <br />2. MINNESOTA RULE 4410.1700, SUBP. 7.B - CUMULATIVE POTENTIAL EFFECTS <br />OF RELATED OR ANTICIPATED FUTURE PROJECTS <br />The proposed project will result in redevelopment of the 15-acre project area. <br />Impacts within the project area will result from removal of the existing manufactured <br />home park and the construction of the apartments, townhomes and associated <br />infrastructure. The area surrounding the project area is fully developed. No <br />reasonably foreseeable future projects that would combine with the impacts <br />described in this EAW to create cumulative impacts exist. <br />3.
