<br />Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Brever, to approve the City 26
<br />Council Meeting Agenda of January 24, 2017. 27

<br />II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS 31

<br />A. Presentation of Northeast Youth and Family Services, President & CEO, Jerry Hromatka. 33
<br /> 34
<br />Mr. Hromatka provided an update on Northeast Youth and Family Services (NYFS) and the 35
<br />services provided. This is the 40th Anniversary of NYFS. Currently, there are 15 municipality 36
<br />members. NYFS serves primarily 5-21 year olds, serving 4,000 youth, adults, and families. They 37
<br />have a $3.2M annual budget. NYFS has programs for Mental Health, Day Treatment, and 38
<br />Community Services. The revenue sources are from contracts, fees, grants and contributions. 39

<br />Mr. Hromatka reviewed the community members include Arden Hills, Birchwood Village, 41
<br />Falcon Heights, Hugo, Little Canada, Mahtomedi, Mounds View, New Brighton, North Oaks, 42
<br />Roseville, Shoreview, St. Anthony, Vadnais Heights, White Bear Lake and White Bear 43
<br />Township. School District members include Mahtomedi, Mounds View, North St. 44
<br />Paul/Maplewood, Roseville Area, St. Anthony/New Brighton, and White Bear Lake Area. NYFS 45
<br />collaborates with Minnesota Youth Intervention Program Association, North Suburban Gavel 46
<br />Club, Ramsey County Children’s Mental Health Collaborative, Roseville Rotary, 47
<br />Shoreview/Arden Hills Rotary, St. Anthony-New Brighton Family Service Collaborative, 48
<br />Vadnais Heights Economic Development Council and White Bear Chamber as well as the Faith 49
