The City has <br />scanned all of the residential house files and is now able to access this <br />information electronically. In 2015, staff worked on digitally storing <br />agendas and minutes for the City Council, Planning Commission, Parks <br />Commission, and HRA. In addition to adding these records to the Laserfiche repository we <br />have also added a public link on the City’s website where the public can search the minutes and <br />agendas. The Finance Department has also been adding annual reports and payroll history. <br />The City staff continues to add to and build the Laserfiche repository. <br /> <br />Project Information Sheets <br />In 2015, the City published five Project Information Sheets for <br />larger projects including: Kenzie Terrace LED Pedestrian <br />Safety Improvement, St. Anthony Stormwater Research <br />Facility, Mirror Pond Project, Silver Lake Stormwater <br />Treatment System, and Central Park Biofiltration Stormwater <br />Treatment System. These information sheets provide residents <br />with the project needs, project description, project goals, <br />construction costs, completion timeframe, funding sources and <br />photos of the project. The Project Information Sheets are <br />available electronically via the City’s website and paper copies <br />are available at City Hall. <br /> <br />Intranet <br />The City of St. Anthony continues communication with employees through the intranet site. <br />This site hosts an assortment of information for employees and is accessible only through the <br />city’s network. The intranet site supplies the most current information regarding the Employee <br />Resource Guide, Health Insurance information, health & safety information, W-4’s, and staff <br />announcements.
