2015 Annual Report • Liquor Operations • St. Anthony Village, Minnesota <br /> <br /> <br />11 | Page <br /> <br />VI. 2015 Accomplishments <br /> <br /> In 2015, the Liquor Operations Department had many noteworthy accomplishments <br />including: <br /> <br /> Passed the Alcohol and Tobacco Compliance Checks <br /> Completed Beverage Alcohol Server Training <br /> Awarded the Lillie Newspaper “Reader’s Choice Award” for “Best Beer Selection” <br /> Hosted Spring and Holiday Wine Events <br /> Completed three physical inventory counts which resulted in .004% inventory <br />shrinkage adjustment. <br /> Completed Employee Right to Know Training <br /> Perf ormed safety inspections with an independent safety firm <br /> Attended combined product education training with Spring Lake Park and Fridley <br />Municipal liquor store employees. <br /> Attended the National Alcohol Beverage Control Association Conference <br /> Attended League of Minnesota Cities Conference <br /> Attended Minnesota Municipal Beverage Association Regional Meeting <br /> Attended Minnesota Licensed Beverage Association Midwest Expo <br /> Attended Former Elected Officials Meeting <br /> Attended Emergency Management Table Top exercise <br /> Attended Nite to Unite <br /> Recycled 16 tons of cardboard <br /> Reduction of 2400 part time labor hours <br />
