Background <br />2014 Annual Report · Publc Works Department · St. Anthony Village, Minnesota <br />1 <br />The Public Works Department’s function is to provide a wide variety of services to our residents and to provide <br />maintenance and repair to the City’s infrastructure in the most cost effective manner. Currently the Public <br />Works Department is comprised of fourteen (14) full time employees (12 employees are maintenance staff and <br />two 2 are in management). <br />I. BackgroundI. Background <br />MISSION STATEMENT <br />The Mission of the Public Works is to provide effective and <br />effi cient design, construction operation and maintenance of the <br />City’s infrastructure. The Public Works Department is organized <br />into 6 divisions. These divisions work together to coordinate <br />services and to enhance the quality of life to our residents, <br />businesses and visitors by providing safe, reliable and effective <br />service consistent with the vision and goals of the community. <br />STAFF CHANGES IN 2014 <br />The previous Superintendent was Chuck <br />Autio.
