Training together builds teamwork
and cleans up the rough edges as best we can.
On top of that, the confi dence that is created
in each member by knowing your role and
responsibility is invaluable. Below you will see a
summary of the various areas of training that we
have performed both for our members as well as
other employees of the city. One goal for 2014
was an increase in training overall from previous
years. Not only did we achieve that goal but we
almost doubled our hours per person.
IN SERVICE TRAINING/ACTIVITY
There was 29 staff within the Fire Department at year
end in 2014.
