BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Saint Anthony Village has approved <br />the Contamination Cleanup grant application submitted to the Department of <br />Employment and Economic Development (DEED) on May 1, 2017, by the City of Saint <br />Anthony Village as applicant on behalf of Southern Gateway, owned by The Village, <br />LLC; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Saint Anthony Village is located within <br />the seven county metropolitan area defined in section 473.121, subdivision 2, and is <br />participating in the local housing incentives program under section 473.254; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony <br />Village hereby approved the contamination investigation and cleanup grant applications <br />submitted to the Department of Employment and Economic Development by the City of <br />Saint Anthony Village for the Southern Gateway site; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, the City Council of Saint Anthony Village <br />authorizes The Village, LLC to submit an application for Metropolitan Council Tax Base <br />Revitalization Account grant funds and, if the City is awarded a Tax Base Revitalization <br />Account grant for this project, the City will be the grantee and agrees to act as legal <br />sponsor to administer and be responsible for grant funds expended for the project <br />contained in the Tax Base Revitalization grant application submitted on May 1, 2017; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, the City of Saint Anthony Village has not yet <br />received, or acted, on development applications for Southern Gateway site, and the City <br />Council of the City of Saint Anthony reserves all right to approve, deny, or modify any <br />such applications for Southern Gateway site. <br />Adopted this 11 m day of April, 2017. <br />C <br />Jerome 0.
