ANTHONY <br />2 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />3 APRIL 25, 2017 <br />4 <br />5 CALL TO ORDER. <br />6 <br />7 Mayor Faust called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />8 <br />9 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />10 <br />11 Mayor Faust invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />12 <br />13 ROLL CALL. <br />14 <br />15 Present: Mayor Faust; Councilmembers Brever, Gray, and Stille. <br />16 Absent: Councilmember Jenson <br />17 Also Present: City Manager Mark Casey, Parks Commission Chair Scott Bentz, City Engineer Todd <br />18 Hubmer. <br />19 Guests: Robin Hartfiel, Stacie Kvilvang, Ehlers & Associates. <br />20 <br />21 CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />22 ITEMS. <br />23 <br />24 I. APPROVAL OF APRIL 25, 2017 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />25 <br />26 Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Brever, to approve the City <br />27 Council Meeting Agenda of April 25, 2017. <br />28 <br />29 Motion carried 4 -0. <br />30 <br />31 I1. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br />32 <br />33 A. Arbor Day Proclamation <br />34 <br />35 Parks Commission Chair Scott Bentz presented the proclamation in recognition of Arbor Day <br />36 Friday April 28, 2017 and the month of May 2017 as Arbor Month in St. Anthony Village. <br />37 <br />38 Mayor Faust announced St. Anthony Village is now a Tree City. He noted more trees are added, <br />39 than are taken out when street projects are done. <br />40 <br />41 B. Spirit of St. Anthony Award <br />42 <br />43 Ms. Robin Hartfiel presented the 2017 Spirit of St. Anthony Award to Lieutenant Jeff Scholl. <br />44 Lieutenant Scholl thanked the City for this award. Mayor Faust noted this award comes from the <br />45 employees of the City. <br />46 <br />47 III. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />48 <br />49 A. Approval of April 11, 2017, City Council meeting minutes. <br />
