August 22, 2017 <br />3017 Croft Drive Parcel Transfer <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />Staff has reviewed the proposed lot line adjustment and parcel transfer requested, and <br />recommends approval of the applications, subject on the following conditions: <br />1) Satisfactory submittal of evidence to provide proof of clear title (and resolution of any <br />outstanding title issues); <br />2) City Attorney review and resolution of any other outstanding legal issues associated with <br />recording of the lot line adjustment and parcel transfer. <br />POSSIBLE ACTIONS <br />1. Motion to adopt a resolution approving (with or without conditions) the request for a 10- <br />foot lot line adjustment and transfer parcel to the property at 3017 Croft Drive and adopt <br />the resolution found in Exhibit C. <br />2. Motion to adopt a resolution denying (with or without conditions) the application. In the <br />event of a denial (with or without conditions), the City Council must state its findings and <br />any conditions related to denial. <br />3. Request Additional Information and table the item. The Applicant appears to have provided <br />enough information for the City Council to take an action on the request.
