Assembly /Assemblies: <br />Assembly: A group of people who meet together for a particular reason <br />Assembly: A meeting of people who represent different parts of a large organization <br />Assembly: A membership institution <br />Assembly: A number of people gathered together, especially for a formal meeting held at regular <br />intervals <br />Assembly: A group of persons who are gathered for a common purpose <br />Assembly: The concourse or meeting together of a considerable number of persons at the same <br />place <br />Assembly: A company of persons gathered for deliberation and legislation, worship, or <br />entertainment. An assembly may be either religious or secular, but specifically includes a <br />Religious Institution/Place of Worship. <br />C. Club or Lodge: <br />Club or Lodge: A non - profit association of persons who are bona fide members paying annual <br />dues, with the use of premises and/or buildings being restricted to members and their guests. <br />Club or Lodge: Any corporation duly organized under the laws of Minnesota for civic, fraternal, <br />social or business purposes, or for intellectual improvement for the promotion of sports or a <br />congressionally chartered veterans' organization if it meets all of the following conditions: <br />• It shall have more than 50 members <br />• For more than a year, it shall have owned, hired or leased a building or space in a <br />building of the extent and character as may be suitable and adequate for the reasonable <br />and comfortable accommodation of its members. <br />• Its affairs and management shall be conducted by a board of directors, executive <br />committee, or other similar body chosen by the members at a meeting held for that <br />purpose. <br />• None of its members, officers, agents or employees shall be paid directly or indirectly <br />any compensation by way of profit from the distribution of sale of beverages to the <br />members of the club or to its guests, beyond the amount of the reasonable salary or wages <br />as may be fixed and voted each year by the governing body of the club. <br />Club or Lodge: An establishment in which a limited group of people are organized to pursue <br />common social or fraternal goals, interests or activities, and usually characterized by certain <br />membership restrictions, payment of fees or dues, regular meetings and a constitution or bylaws. <br />Club or Lodge: An establishment in which a limited group ofpeople are organized to pursue <br />common social or fraternal goals, interests or activities, and usually characterized by certain <br />membership restrictions, payment offees or dues, regular meetings and a constitution or bylaws. <br />The use of any premises and/or buildings is restricted to members and their guests. <br />
